High Peak Mountain Estates POA, Inc. is a residental development located in western North Carolina near Morganton, 60 miles east of Asheville and 75 miles northwest of the Charlotte airport. The Association has nearly 100 lots approximately 10 acres in size. Several lots are for sale with a large selection of views.
